My passion is in the Development and Training of Managers and Leaders. I focus on their development needs and help to deliver results. I have established programs that focus on intentional relationships, targeted relationships with a base of emotional intelligence which helps employee engagement. I am a certified facilitation expert and enjoy working on improving team performance and overall team building. I am a firm believer that all training should be folowed with executive coaching to lock in the learning.

My clients and I share in our love of learning and wanting to grow. I build a safe and trusting realtionship. I listen deeply and help to find the best solutions for my clients. We work as a team and collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcome.

In addition, my previous career was in management where I had real life experience with performance management by running an office and managing a team. In addition, I was nationally recognized for customer service and won sales awards. These "in the trenches" experiences help to add value to my clients.

    Who is Pam Duffy?

    Pam Duffy works with executives who feel the need to change, to grow and be more productive. Pam has over 25 years experience in talent development, managing, hiring and being a real student and leader in leadership, intentional relationships and mastering communication skills. Pam combines those real life skills with training and leadership development.  Pam understands the challenges of work and work-life balance. Pam believes strongly that people have to be intentional in all areas of work and outside of work. Working with Pam will help you to understand your strengths and then help you to develop a plan to use those strengths to your advantage. 

    Pam has worked with clients in the C-Suite, managers and teams. Development plans and training sessions are customized,specific, measurable and have accountability pieces built in to ensure success. She is a true asset helping people reach their next destination. In addition, Pam works with Defining Leadership Roles, Team Alignment, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Startegic Planning, and Personal Branding.

    Pam's real passion is partnering with clients to be the best they can be. She wants to make the workplace a more human place that focuses on relationships and communication. Pam enjoys one-on-one leadership coaching, working with teams, leading workshops and overall talent development. Pam also has a a real dedication to helping Women In Leadership.
